CALLING ALL ARTISTS!
REMINDER: Here is a prospectus which invites current El Valle members to show their work in Old Town Cottonwood for two months. The show accommodates 2D and 3D work, with photography in a special section. Read the prospectus carefully, and if you have any questions, please call me or respond to this email.
EVAA Miniature Art and Photography Show

All El Valle members are invited to enter three pieces in the judged (not juried) miniature show. The maximum size of framed pieces is 114 square inches. There are shelves measuring 34″w x 24″d x 2’h that are available for three-dimensional work so only that which would fit is acceptable.

El Valle members may enter three framed photographs in the judged (not juried) show. The minimum size of a photograph itself is 80 square inches and maximum size of the framed photograph is 340 square inches.
Cost to enter: $5 per piece. Make check payable to EVAA. Number of awards dependant upon number of entries.

Submission Rules
Please list the title, dimensions, description and price for each piece below. Pieces must be your original work completed within the last two years & 2D work must be framed appropriately. No sawtooth hangers. All entries must be for purchase and bear a sale price determined by submitting artist. Gallery keeps 15% of selling price and artist is asked to donate 15% of the balance to EVAA, netting the artist 70% of selling price. Take this into account when pricing.

HOLDS HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The El Valle Artists Association (EVAA) will make every reasonable effort to protect works of art of its members in the show at Pillsbury Tasting Room. However, neither EVAA or its members or Pillsbury Tasting Room assume any responsibility or liability for loss or damage. By signing this Holds Harmless Agreement, you relieve the EVAA and its members and Pillsbury Tasting Room from any liability or responsibility.
